When there are 12V batteries connected is serial (trucks, wheelchairs, etc)  and they are charged, the charging voltage of the individual batteries is never the same.  It causes overcharging on one of the batteries and undercharging on the other battery.  This is  the reason why batteries has far less lifespan in 24V applications. This device solves this problem, it ensures same charging votlage on  both batteries.

Large capacity batteries (vehicles or deep cycle application) There can be 12V consumers on one battery (max 1A) Works during charge and during discharge. It stops to work when any of the batteries' voltage is less than 11V.
